Buddy Ryan (John Budd Ryan) was born on October 6, 1885 in Denver, Colorado. He made his Major League debut on April 11, 1912 for the Cleveland Naps. In 1912, his rookie year, he hit .271 with 1 home run and 31 RBI. Ryan played for the Cleveland Naps for his entire 2 year career.
